What to know: The Planning and Zoning Commission will hold public hearings and may decide on proposed amendments updating the town's 2022 Plan of Conservation and Development, a text amendment touching more than a dozen sections of the zoning regulations and adding a Section 4B.6A on accessory dwelling units, and a new Section 14A.12 on integrated developments, all proposed by the commission, according to its agenda.
