69 Turner Road, Oakdale, noon to 2 p.m., $419,900. This four-bedroom, 1.5-bath home has an open floor plan and a large back porch over the backyard. The listing says it's being sold as-is. It has 1,802 square feet on 0.46 acres.

42 Oak Hill Road, Oakdale, 1 to 2:30 p.m., $319,000. This four-bedroom, one-bath Cape is in Oakdale Heights, with fresh paint, wood floors throughout and a landscaped, fully fenced level backyard. It has 1,190 square feet.
7 Illinois Court, Oakdale, 1 to 3 p.m., $389,000. This three-bedroom, one-bath ranch has been remodeled, with granite and stainless in the kitchen, hardwood floors, an updated bath and a screened back porch. The listing cites a 2025 roof and says the fireplace is decorative and the house is generator-ready. It has 1,050 square feet.
