Police said the alleged skimming operation hit multiple banks in New London County.

The New London Police Department released a warning to banking customers in New London County after Bank of America Security informed police of an ATM security breach.

On Friday, Sept. 4, the Bank of America branch at 260 Frontage Rd., New London, displayed evidence that the walk-up ATM on the branch’s exterior had been targeted by criminal ATM skimmers, police said.
