7 year old child arrested on threatening charge in Sprague and referred to Juvenile Court. Of course, the child is a major threat and will spend the rest of his/her life in jail where he/she can learn to be a contributing and productive citizen while making license plates.
Our government must protect everyone from all threats no matter the source.
