Well the election is finally over. First I would like to say thank you to everyone who supported me and thank you to everyone who supported someone else for coming out to vote. Win or loose, every candidate needs the support of the voters in order to accomplish anything. It is your concern and your effort which guides us in our decision-making. So thank you, each and every one of you. I pledge that I will serve all of you to the very best of my ability, whether you supported me or not.
A quick note about lawn signs. No one appreciates seeing them left behind after the election is over. I've been thru the town a couple of times now trying to make sure that I have picked all mine up and I think I got them all. But if I missed any, please reply to this blog and let me know where it is and I will come and take it away.
