Just went to the Doctor for my fill and weigh-in. My weight stayed the same, it was so upsetting, I did not gain or get rid of anything. OK what's up with this, I asked the Doctor?? He told me this is normal.
What the Doctor needs to tell people is to take a tape measure before you start any weight-loss program, so you can measure you body. (I don't remember hearing that.)
But all in all, feeling good walking upstairs, looking better, feeling healthier so over all, doing good.

TIPS:
- Get a tape measure.
- Don't buy new pants or shirts until they fall off. It's a lot of money to spend to wear things for a short time.
