Well I've had my two-week check up and "GOT RID OF" of 1 1/2 pounds this time.

By saying "GOT RID OF" it tells me that it's not coming back. It's positive thinking, which is a mind set that I am using to get healthier. Like "My body is getting healthier everyday." Or "This too shall pass." And so on.
Using the Power of Positive Thinking helps. It's something for everyone to think about using everyday.

On to the fourth stage now - whole foods, just having smaller portions. Make sure you chew 30 times. Did you know by doing this you enjoy your food more? You really get the taste of the food. Try it sometime.
