Budrejko Laid to Rest

Lt. Col Thomas A. Budrejko was laid to rest on Saturday, in Sacred Heart Cemetery in New Britain, following a Mass of Christian Burial at the Church of St. Mary in Newington.

Friends and classmates of Budrejko, who graduated from Montville High School in 1992, attended the ceremony, and spoke about the man they remembered. Click here to read the full story, in The Bulletin.

He and the six Marines who died with him were honored in a ceremony in California earlier this month.

Near Camp Pendleton, where Budrejko was stationed, a gift from a local business memorialized him and the six who died with him.
