Casino Fraudster Returned to Corrigan Correctional Institution Same Day He is Released

A serial casino fraudster from New York was arrested by police on the same day he was released from prison.

MONTVILLE, CT - A serial casino fraudster from New York was arrested by police on the same day he was released from the Corrigan Correctional Institution, as reported by The Day.

Jose Manuel Beato, 38, of the Bronx was charged on December 30 of last year with larceny in connection with an October 31 incident, according to The Day. He was sentenced to a 90-day prison sentence, followed by three years probation.

The suspect was recently released from prison on the same day police were made aware that day of a warrant for his arrest out of Pennsylvania, as reported by The Day. He was taken back into custody shortly after his release and returned to Corrigan on fugitive from justice charges.
