Diane Palmer, RN, CCRC and Site Administrator of CCRStudies along with MaryLou Gannotti, PR and Communications Director, had the pleasure of meeting well over 100 peopleΒ Wednesday, July 9th, Β at the Southeast Healthy Living Expo.Β The event, sponsored by the Senior Resources Agency on Aging along with the Norwich Bulletin, was held at Norwich Technical High School andΒ featured a variety of businesses and non-profit agenciesΒ promoting services for seniors.Β The CCRStudies booth was a hotbed of activity with men and women eager to learn more about clinical trials on such diseases as Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, and conditions ranging from hot flashes to an overactive bladder.Β CCRStudies also had the pleasure of being interviewed live on the air by Stu Breyer of WICH 1310 Personality Radio. Stu asked some engaging questions regarding the clinical trial process and noted he found what CCRStudies does "fascinating."Β It was a truly a wonderful opportunity for CCRStudies to spread the word about the importance of clinical trails and how ordinary individuals can become medical heroes!Β
