CCRstudies Researchers Earn Certification

Alzheimer's Researchers Earn Distinction through Alzheimer's Foundation of America

Laurence Radin, MD, and Andrea Stewart, APRN, members of the research staff at CCRstudies in New London, have both earned the distinction from the Dementia Care Professionals of America (DCPA) a branch of the Alzheimer’s Foundation of America, of being Qualified Dementia Care Specialists.

This distinction represents the highest level of qualification offered by DCPA. According to the DCPA, “the unique features of the varied illnesses responsible for the symptoms of dementia require the utmost specialization from health care providers.”

Dr. Radin is currently serving as Primary Investigator for two Alzheimer’s trials currently being conducted at CCRstudies, while Andrea Stewart, APRN, is serving as a sub-investigator of the two Alzheimer’s trials.

Dr. Radin is a board certified neurologist who has been in practice with Neurological Group, PC since 1992. Andrea Stewart, APRN is also a member of the medical staff at Neurological Group, PC.
