Off Color Comedy Tour Plays Mohegan Sun July 7

From Mohegan Sun: The Off Color Comedy Tour is making a stop at Mohegan Sun Arena on Saturday, July 7th starting at 8:00pm.Featuring some of your favorite artists from the Emmy Award-winning hit show In Living Color, creator Keenen Ivory Wayans will host The Off Color Comedy Tour with stars Shawn Wayans, Tommy Davidson and David Alan Grier. Together, these comedy legends will bring a show that won’t disappoint.

Tickets are $49.00, $39.00 and $29.00 and go on sale Friday, April 27th at10:00am through Ticketmaster. Beyond the realm of In Living Color, Keenen Ivory Wayans is known for his work especially as a producer and director in films including White Chicks and both Scary Movie and Scary Movie 2. Shawn Wayans starred in the box office hits Little Man andWhite Chicks, both of which he also co-wrote and co-executive produced. Shawn also created and starred in the hit 90’s sitcomThe Wayans Bros. and crime comedy film Don’t Be a Menace to South Central While Drinking Your Juice in the Hood. Shawn began as a creative force with his success in a string of blockbusters starting with Scary Movie, which he co-wrote and played the role of Ray. He also co-wrote, co-executive produced and starred in Scary Movie 2, which was the only sequel in the Scary Moviefranchise with direct Wayans involvement. Tommy Davidson has three Showtime specials: On Strength of New York, Illin’ in Phillyand Takin’ it to DC as well as film credits including Strictly Business (opposite Halle Berry), Ace Ventura II: When Nature Calls and many more. David Alan Grier helped to create some of In Living Color’s most memorable characters, for which he earned Image and Golden Satellite nominations. David also won America’s votes as a smooth, debonair and outrageously irreverent contestant on ABC hit Dancing with the Stars.
