MHS Seniors recently attended the Credit for Life Fair where future careers were chosen and a real world game of 'Life' was played. After being given their projected income at the age of 25, students visited each booth to decide upon possible future expenses as specific as the food they will eat and the furniture they will eat it upon. Although I'm only a junior, this whole experience and the idea surrounding it has solidified, in my mind, of how important high school success really is. Your grades (among other factors) dictate your life after high school which then hopefully land you a career. Even though doing poorly in high school is not the end, achieving certainly helps make things easier later on.
