CSP Troop E Welcomes New K9 'Officer' Yorik

Trooper Boehm and his new K-9 partner Yorik just graduated from the 201st CSP Patrol Dog Class.

UNCASVILLE, CT—There's a new dog in town. Well, much more than a dog, a K9 "partner" named Yorik. The newly trained K9 will be working hard to "keep the people of New London County safe," police said.

Connecticut State Police Troop E - Montville announced the latest graduates of the state police Patrol Dog Class.

"Troop E would like to congratulate Trooper Boehm and his new K-9 partner Yorik on their graduation from 201st Patrol Dog Class. Trooper Boehm and Yorik will be assigned to the Troop E barracks and will be doing their part to keep the people of New London County Safe."
