CT Casinos Lead Best Entertainment List
Mohegan Sun and Foxwoods topped Newsweek's recent list of 'Best Casino with Live Entertainment.'
MONTVILLE, CT — If you're looking for the casinos with the best entertainment, you don't have to go far. Two Connecticut casinos have made Newsweek's list of "Best Casino with Live Entertainment."
Mohegan Sun was ranked No. 1, and Foxwoods came in at No. 2. Both are home to numerous concerts, comedy shows, and more.
The 10 winners were selected by Newsweek's expert panelists and contributors and voted on by readers.

Here's what Newsweek had to say about Mohegan Sun:
"Mohegan Sun is one of the country's largest casinos with over 300,000 square feet of gaming space including 4,000 slot machines and 300 table games. Consistently ranked as one of the top venues in the world, the 10,000-seat Mohegan Sun Arena plays hosts to music headliners. Enjoy the country music scene at Comix Roadhouse as well as comedy acts and popular entertainers at the Wolf Den, where shows are free."

And here are their thoughts on Foxwoods:

In 2024, Mohegan Sun will host shows by Dancing with the Stars, 11, Tom Segura, Nelly, Jo Koy, Bert Kreischer, NF, and Avenged Sevenfold, along with major sporting events.
At Foxwoods, upcoming shows and events include Pete Davidson, Grand Funk Railroad, UFC 297, and Boyz II Men.
Other casinos on Newsweek's list included the Borgata in Atlantic City and WinStar World Casino and resort in Oklahoma. Interestingly, no Las Vegas casinos made the rankings.
