Decision Reached On Retired Montville Principal's Court Case
Three Montville school administrators faced charges in the "fight club" incident at Montville High School.

MONTVILLE, CT — Charges have been dropped against retired Montville High School Principal Jeffrey Theodoss, who was one of three district administrators who were charged in connection with the "fight club" case, reports Fox 61.
Theodoss, Superintendent Brian Levesque and high school Assistant Principal Tatiana Patten were all charged with failing to report an abusive situation after former substitute teacher Ryan Fish allegedly supervised classroom slap-fights among students.
The cases against Levesque and Patten are pending, and like Theodoss, they denied any wrongdoing. Fish has applied for accelerated rehabilitation, which is a form of probation, and a decision on that filing also is pending.
