Former Montville Housing Authority Commissioner Arrested: Report
A former Montville Housing Authority commissioner and Stonington resident is accused of harassing tenants.
MONTVILLE, CT — A former Housing Authority commissioner was charged due to complaints of harassment, eviction threats and general fear that elderly tenants reported to police, according to The New London Day. Michael Brower, 61, of Stonington, turned himself in to police July 7 on an active warrant for a disorderly conduct charge.
Brower was a commissioner of the Montville Housing Authority from 2017 until he resigned earlier this year.
