Iconic Band To Headline Mohegan Sun Arena Anniversary

Two major concerts are planned in Uncasville this fall as Mohegan Sun Arena celebrates a milestone anniversary.

MONTVILLE, CT — Mohegan Sun Arena is marking its 25th anniversary in a big way, with two performances from legendary rock band Metallica scheduled for November.

The Rock & Roll Hall of Famers will take the stage Nov. 19 and 21 with both shows set for 8 p.m. The concerts will bring Metallica’s “No Repeat Weekend” format to Uncasville, meaning each night will feature completely different setlists and opening acts, according to a statement from the resort casino.

Special guests Suicidal Tendencies will perform Nov. 19, while Spiritbox is slated to open the Nov. 21 show.
