Iggy Azalea Concert At Mohegan Sun Canceled

The stop was supposed to be part of her 'Bad Girls Tour' in North America.

Hip - Hop artist Iggy Azalea's "Bad Girls Tour," which was to include a stop at Mohegan Sun in November, has been canceled, according to media reports.

On the Ticketmaster website, the readers are greeted with the following message for the Nov. 8 show at the casino resort's arena:

"This event has been canceled. Refunds at Point of Purchase only. Internet & Phone orders will automatically be canceled & refunded."

Variety writes that the decision to cancel the tour, which was scheduled for more than 20 shows, was not the artist's idea but rather that of Live Nation, which was promoting the dates.

The tour announcement comes a few short weeks after the release of her EP Survive the Summer featuring the chart topping hit, “Kream” feat. Tyga, which opened with more than 8.1 million U.S. streams within the first week. The 21 – city fall tour comes to Mohegan Sun Arena on Thursday, November 8th at 7:30pm.

Tickets are $49.00, $39.00 and $29.00 and go on sale Friday, September 14th at 10:00am through Ticketmaster. Tickets will also be available at the Mohegan Sun Box Office beginning on Saturday, September 15th, subject to availability.
