Man Charged With Operating Drug Factory In Montville: Police
A man is facing numerous charges after police said they found him with 20 grams of cocaine.
MONTVILLE, CT — A man is facing drug-dealing charges following an arrest in Montville, according to police.
Police pulled over Moses Shuff, 31, on the New London Turnpike in Uncasville on Monday at 6:21 a.m.
Police suspected Shuff was under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs. He failed field sobriety tests, according to police.

Police then searched his vehicle and found 20 grams of cocaine along with drug paraphernalia to prepare the drugs for street-level sales, police said.
He was charged with possession with intent to sell narcotics, operation of a drug factory, driving under the influence, and other drug and motor vehicle charges.

He was released on $10,000 cash bond and is scheduled to appear in Norwich Superior Court on March 7.
