MHS Playschool Enrollment Begins
Do you have a 3 or 4 year old at home? Are you looking for a FREE program? Then sign them up today for the MHS PLAYSCHOOL.
This program is sponsored by the High School's Child Development classes. These students plan a variety of activities that are developmentally appropriate, fun and educational for our group of 3 and 4 year olds. Our emphasis this year is on early literacy and we will be using reading the foundation for physical, social, and emotional skill-building.
We will meet every other day from 9:10 am to 10:30 am from October 12th through December 14th. Thanksgiving Break will be November 23rd through November 25th. From time to time there are other adjustments to the schedule to accommodate the high school schedule and professional development days.
The program is in the early childhood lab in room 327 at the high school. There is an entrance off the back parking lot with a buzz-in security system.
Enrollment is on a first-come, first-served basis so please return your application as soon as possible. You will be notified of your child's acceptance by September 20th. In the acceptance letter there will be more information on the program, snacks, supplies and schedules.
