Mohegan Sun Closes Food Court To Make Way For New Tenant
Four restaurants have closed at the Mohegan Sun food court. Fortunately, Pepe's isn't one of them.

MONTVILLE, CT — The Mohegan Sun food court has closed to make way for a new tenant this spring. However, the Frank Pepe Pizzeria Napoletana will remain open, The Hartford Courant reported.
The new tenant has not yet been revealed.
The Pepe's location was part of the casino when it opened in 2009.

The four restaurants in the food court that are closing include Mezze Mediterranean, Jasper White’s Summer Shack Express, Southside, and The Original SoupMan, according to Hearst Media.
The Uncasville casino still lists 38 dining options with brand-name options like Chik-Fil-A, Jersey Mike's Subs, Krispy Kreme, and Ben & Jerry's.

The 20th Annual Mohegan Sun Food and Wine Fest is coming up Jan. 24 to 28. The casino describes it as a "vibrant and immersive experience where wine enthusiasts come together to explore and discover a world of flavors" with more than 20 events to commemorate the anniversary.
Mohegan Sun will also host a tour associated hit ABC show Dancing with the Stars on Jan. 13. The stage show will feature "your favorite professional dancers from the hit television series performing glittering new numbers as well as some of the unbelievable showstoppers featured in season 32."
