Montville Commission Approves Faria Beede Zoning Change

MONTVILLE, CT β The Planning & Zoning Commission approved a zoning change Wednesday that will affect Faria Beede Instruments Inc., The Day reported.
The approved change will allow Faria Beede to move forward with plans to sell its 11-acre Pink Row property to a development company, according to The Day. The company is planning to convert the buildings into multifamily residential units.
The unanimous vote came right on the heels of a public hearing on the matter, The Day reported. Wednesdayβs vote was the second the commission had taken on the zoning change.
