Montville Council Chairman's Crash Under Investigation: Report

The one-vehicle crash occurred Thursday night.

MONTVILLE, CT — A one-vehicle crash Thursday night involving Montville Town Council Chairman Tom McNally is under investigation by the resident state trooper's office, reports The Day.

No injuries were reported in the Moxley Road crash, and McNally told the publication that he "swerved to miss a deer," which subsequently caused his vehicle to spin around.

The vehicle struck a tree off the road. Prior to the crash, McNally had attended a fundraiser hosted by the Montville Republican Town Committee, which was held at the Montville Polish Club.
