Deans Mill Farm 

Built in the mid-1700s as a functioning livestock farm, Deans Mill Farm has gone through an evolution in recent decades. A full renovation of the historic buildings and rejuvenation of the surrounding 70+ acres has made the property into the incredible venue it is today. Deans Mill Farm now operates primarily as a private event space and five-room bed and breakfast tucked down a private road in Stonington, Connecticut. It shares its property with Dragonfly Equestrian Center and is home to dozens of horses. On the property lies meadows, hiking trails, beautiful fields and Dragonfly Disc Golf. The property can be rented for weddings, birthday parties and other special events. Additionally, the bed and breakfast can be rented by the room or reserved in its entirety for complete privacy. The Farm has the ability to host small private indoor events for up to 50 guests in the Farmhouse. MONTVILLE, CT — A Montville pharmacy technician pleaded guilty to charges that she tampered with pain medications at her workplace, according to a statement from federal prosecutors. Tiffany Moss, 34, of Montville, pleaded guilty to tampering with a consumer product. She could spend up to 10 years in prison for the crime. Moss was a pharmacy technician at Backus Hospital in Norwich. She used her employee ID badge to access the secure storage area at the hospital Jan. 11. She removed three bags that contained a solution of hydromorphone, took a portion of the solution from each bag for her own use, and replaced the portion she took with saline. She then returned the bags to the storage area in a location where they could be distributed for patient use, prosecutors said. Moss is released on a $50,000 bond. She is prohibited from working in any location with access to narcotics while awaiting sentencing.
