Montville Woman Charged With Manslaughter: State Police
A Montville woman has been charged following an investigation into a man's death in October.

MONTVILLE, CT — A Montville woman was arrested and charged with manslaughter in connection to an untimely death investigation, according to state police. Diane Nobleza, 55, was charged with intentional cruelty to persons, second-degree breach of peace, second-degree reckless manslaughter, and assault of an elderly victim.
She was held on $100,000 bond and was scheduled to appear in Norwich Superior Court on Thursday.
Police arrested Nobleza at her Leffingwell Road home on a warrant Wednesday evening.

Montville police responded to a call for an unresponsive male Oct. 13 at 1:26 p.m. The man was declared deceased at 1:58 p.m.
Nobleza initially told investigators that the man had fallen and struck his head on the refrigerator earlier that morning. She later told police that she and the victim had an argument the night before which led to her shoving the victim who struck his head against a wall, according to the arrest warrant.
