Murder Charges For Uncasville Teen In Double Killing: State Cops

The two elderly victims were the suspect's grandparents.

MONTVILLE, CT — Eighteen-year-old Marcus Fisher has been arrested and charged with two counts of murder in connection with the early Monday stabbing death of his grandparents in Montville, according to Connecticut State Police.

In addition to the murder charges, Fisher, who reportedly is from Minnesota but had been visiting the elderly couple at their Morgan Street home, also was charged with second-degree arson and murder with special circumstances.

State police have not released the names of the victims, but The Day and other media reports write that John Piscezek, 76, and Gertrude Piscezek, 77 were Fisher's grandparents and are believed to be the victims.

The circumstances surrounding the killings have not been disclosed, but Fisher "confessed to his involvement in the murders of the two victims," according to state police.

Fisher was held in lieu of bail of $1 million and was scheduled to be arraigned in Norwich Superior Court on Tuesday.
