Second Annual Total Life Expo returns to Mohegan Sun Saturday, Oct 11
The Total Life Expo is a unique, free quality-of-life event focused on all aspects of living well.

The second annual Total Life Expo, a health and wellness fair that encompasses mind, body, and spirit, has something for everyone on Oct. 11, whether you are interested in a Slime Station, a free flu shot, Coach Jim Calhoun or healthy eating.
The Expo, which is free to the public, is 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday Oct. 11 in the Uncas Ballroom Convention Center at Mohegan Sun. It is presented by the Mohegan Tribe and the Chamber of Commerce of Eastern CT, and sponsored by Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield and Walgreens. Walgreens will have 100 free flu shots for uninsured people, and another 250 for those with insurance. Free bone density, vision, depression, blood pressure, and dental screenings will be available all day.
More than 40 businesses and organizations will be hosting booths, all focused on living well. Great prizes will be given away every hour to some lucky attendees.
