Sleeping Uncasville Man Had 4 Arrest Warrants: Orange PD

ORANGE, CT — Orange police say they found an Uncasville man sleeping inside a parked car at Sam's Club and learned that he had four active arrest warrants for violation of probation. Police said at 8:55 a.m. on Nov. 5, officers saw an occupied vehicle and a man, John Sullo, 40, sleeping inside in the parking lot of Sam's Club, 2 Boston Post Road.

A DMV check revealed no information for his registration plate, police said. Officers tried to identify the man and initially he gave police another family's name, police said. Once officers found Sullo's true identity he confessed to using his cousin's date of birth and address, police said.

Officers found that Sullo had four active warrants for violation of probation, police said. He was held in lieu of a $32,000 bond and charged with interfering with an officer and four counts of violation of probation.
