State Police Charged Convicted Murderer with Stabbing Montville Prison Inmate: Report
State police said they saw video of the suspect chasing someone and making stabbing motions.

MONTVILLE, CT - A convicted murderer was charged Wednesday in a stabbing that occurred at a Montville prison, The Day reported.
State police said Marvin Salmon, 44, is charged with the stabbing of 29-year-old Corey Doyle, according to The Day. Salmon is an inmate at the Corrigan-Radgowski Correctional Center, where he is serving a 45-year sentence for murder.
State police said they saw video surveillance of Salmon chasing the victim and making stabbing motions, The Day reported. The suspect is due to appear Feb. 3 in Norwich Superior Court.
