1 Crtically Injured In 2-Vehicle Crash: Naugatuck Police
One vehicle ended up hitting a wall and a tree.
NAUGATUCK, CT — One person suffered serious injuries in a two-vehicle crash on Friday in Naugatuck, police said.
At 9:07 a.m., police, fire and EMS crews responded to a two-vehicle motor vehicle collision at the intersection of John and City Hill streets.
"A preliminary investigation revealed that a Nissan Frontier struck a Tesla traveling on City Hill Street before colliding with a stone wall and a tree," police said. "The operator of the Nissan sustained serious injuries. The Tesla sustained minor damage, and its operator was uninjured. The operator of the Nissan remains in critical condition at a local hospital."

The Naugatuck Valley Crash Investigation Team was activated and assumed the investigation. The crash remains under investigation at this time.
