1 Dead, 14 Families Displaced When Fire Hits Waterbury Building
A Monday morning fire ripped through a residential and commercial building.
WATERBURY, CT β A person died and 14 families were displaced following a large fire in Waterbury Monday morning, according to NBC CT. The fire hit a multi-purpose building on the corner of Colley and Robbins streets.
The building has 12 apartments and two retail establishments. The person who died in the blaze has not been identified.
The Red Cross is providing assistance to families who have been displaced, according to NBC CT.
