11 Catalytic Converters Reported Stolen In Naugatuck: PD

All the thefts occurred at Cross Point Plaza.

NAUGATUCK, CT β€” Naugatuck police are asking for the public's help in finding three people suspected of stealing 11 vehicle catalytic converters from the Cross Point Plaza earlier this month.

The theft occurred between 2:30 a.m. and 2:45 a.m. on March 5. Police said the suspected thieves drove to the scene from Cross Street in a dark-colored sedan, and parked between several Uhaul vehicles near the Family Dollar store in the complex.

"Three suspects dressed in black exited the vehicle and separated out of view of the [surveillance] cameras," Naugatuck police wrote on Facebook (see below). "At [2:45 a.m.] the suspects entered the camera view where they leave the area in the same dark colored sedan and head southbound on Cross St. out of camera view."
