Naugatuck police say the knives were not used but that didn't stop the two men from fighting in a public street.

Naugatuck police say on 2:21 p.m. on Nov. 18 police responded to 278 High Street for two males, Brandon Elko, 39, of Hillside Avenue in Oakville and Paul Johnson, 31, of High Street, fighting in the road.
