2 Naugatuck Men Verbally Threatened to Harm Neighbor's Child: Police
Police say one of the men clogged a toilet on purpose inside a holding cell at Police Headquarters.

NAUGATUCK, CT — Two Naugatuck men are accused of threatening to harm a neighbor's child and when one of them was taken into custody one of the men clogged the toilet in the holding cell on purpose, police said.
Police said on Jan. 23 at 6:15 p.m. officers responded to a domestic disturbance between a boyfriend and girlfriend. During the altercation Rocky Irish Jr., 32, and Eroll Hodza, 29, both of Caroll Street, walked outside where they confronted a neighbor, police said.
The accuseds threatened to harm one of the neighbor's kids, police said. Police said Hodza then clogged the toilet to flood the prison cell after the initial charge.

Both Hodza and Irish are charged with risk of injury to a child, breach of peace and second-degree threatening. Hodza is also charged with third-degree criminal mischief and given a $5,000 bond.
