2 Year-Old Found Wandering In Middle Of Night: Naugatuck Police
Police said they are investigating how a child was found wandering alone at 4:30 a.m.

NAUGATUCK, CT β A 2-year-0ld was found wandering alone at 4:30 a.m. Friday, Naugatuck police said.
Police responded to Ward Street after a citizen discovered the 2-year-old wandering on Ward Street. Naugatuck police, working with several concerned community members, located the residence of the child and his parents, police said.
The child was not injured. Naugatuck police notified the state Department of Children and Families and are currently working with that agency to determine the circumstances that led to the childβs leaving the residence and being discovered on the road, police said.

No arrests have been made.
"The Naugatuck Police Department would like to thank those members of the community who expressed concerned and provided assistance during this incident," police said.
