NAUGATUCK, CT β€” Naugatuck Animal Control officers are asking for help finding the suspect's vehicle after a person was seen dumping six cats, including kittens, from a vehicle in Naygatuck Saturday.

A witness told animal control that they saw the cats being dumped at Fairchild Park in the Borough of Naugatuck, but did not get the person's license plate because he did not understand what he was witnessing.
