70-Year-Old Naugatuck Man Charged With Threatening: PD

NAUGATUCK, CT — A Naugatuck man is accused of threatening to harm a person with "physical violence," police said. On Nov. 22, police responded to a domestic disturbance in which the victim advised that Fred Davino, 70, of Prospect Street, and the victim became involved in a dispute in which the offender threatened the victim with physical violence, police said.

Davino was arrested and charged with second-degree threatening. The accused was given a court date to appear at Waterbury Superior Court on Friday.
