Author Charles F. Rosenay!!! Releases Sequel to True Ghosts Stories of Connecticut Book

Orange, CT: In 2022, author/producer/entertainer Charles F. Rosenay!!! released “True Ghost Stories of Connecticut,” wherein some of Connecticut’s best-known paranormal investigators, psychics, mediums, and ghost-hunters join everyday people in sharing their most memorable, scariest, and most unbelievable - but true - stories of the supernatural.

Over the past several years, Charles has collected additional true ghost stories specifically for the sequel, “True Ghost Stories of Connecticut and New England.” Not only are they all true, but they happened in Connecticut and surrounding states. Whereas the original title contained chapters exclusively connected to Connecticut, there were too many great stories from Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and New Hampshire not to expand the geography of the topic. While the first book contained 30 chapters over 150 pages, the new release boasts 40 chapters in its 200 pages.

Other collections that have been published in the past may present a history of Connecticut’s haunted places, but this book tells actual stories of what happened at such notorious locations as Dudleytown Cornwall, CT), Captain Grant’s Inn (Preston, CT), The Satanic Temple (Salem, MA), Glebe House (Woodbury, CT), Hilldale Cemetery (Haverhill, MA), the Old Farm Cemetery (Middletown, CT), Houghton Mansion (North Adams, MA), Paine House (Coventry, CT), the Shore Line Trolley Museum (East Haven, CT), Martha Stewart’s former home (Norwalk, CT).and so many other terrifying and shocking stories that may keep readers awake nights… and probably change their mind if they don’t already believe.

There’s no shortage of jaw-dropping and head-spinning (an Exorcist reference) encounters, but the hardest part for Charles may have been leaving out stories that were submitted, but just weren’t as fascinating and unbelievable as the ones included. Further, the title may have been the trickiest part of the book release. Granted, Connecticut is certainly a New England state. Trying to maintain the familiarity of the first release, the logical name would have been “True Ghost Stories of Connecticut Part Two (Plus Other Parts of New England),” but that was too long.

The new book will launch July 11 at “ParaConn,” Connecticut’s Paranormal Convention, at the Clarion Inn Hotel in North Haven, CT (

Charles comments, “There’s always that one unexplained experience… it’s the one you always think of first when people ask you your most memorable paranormal or unusual encounter. It’s the one that will stay in your mind forever. It’s the one that you can’t help but think of if anyone asks you if you believe in ghosts.”

Charles Rosenay!!! makes guest appearances throughout the year at libraries, bookstores, conventions, schools, senior centers, and other locations to meet friends and sign copies of his new book.

“True Ghost Stories of Connecticu and New England” is an imprint of Kiwi Publishing, and retails for $19.95 through Amazon. Personally signed copies are available directly from the author; call (203) 795-4737 or email info@paranormalConnecticut.com.

The website for the book is ParanormalConnecticut.com.
