Due to an act of Vandalism over the weekend ,Baummer's Pond will be closed for fishing and the taking of any aquatic wildlife, or plantlife until a week from today ,11/14/11.There was a Por-A-Potty thrown into the pond over the weekend. It has been removed by Public Works Personnel.The State DEEP has been notified as well as the local Health Dept.The walking path remains open.Residents should proceed with caution in the parking lot area.
