The Great Kindness Challenge is a proactive and positive bullying prevention initiative.

Andrew Ave. School Spirit Day Schedule
February 24th - 28th


MONDAY: Dream of Kindness: Pajama day

TUESDAY: Crazy for Kindness: Wear crazy hair or crazy socks

WEDNESDAY: Wear your shirts backwards – Words that hurt can’t be
taken back

THURSDAY: Nothing Beats Kindness or Team Kindness: Wear your
favorite sports jersey or T-shirt, or Andrew Ave. T-shirt

FRIDAY: Kindness Rocks! Dress like a rockstar



Who: ALL students grades K- 4 are encouraged to participate

What: The Great Kindness Challenge is a proactive and positive bullying prevention initiative that schools across the country are participating in that improves school climate and increases student engagement.

It is one week devoted to performing as many acts of kindness as possible.

Students show the world that KINDNESS MATTERS by accepting the challenge and completing the provided acts of kindness checklist.

When: The Great Kindness Challenge: February 24st - 28th

Where: All kind acts can be completed during school. Although students are encouraged to continue showing acts of kindness at home, in their communities, and in our world.

Why: All students deserve to learn in a safe supportive and dynamic environment. The Great Kindness Challenge provides a powerful tool that actively engages, students, teachers, administration, families, and the community in creating a school culture of acceptance, tolerance, unity, and respect.
