Naugatuck, CT – August 25, 2020 – Anne Rivers has joined Ion Financial, MHC as Senior Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer. In this role, Ms. Rivers will be responsible for overseeing human resources, and building the talent pipeline for the Ion Financial, MHC companies – Ion Bank, Ion Investments and Ion Insurance and serve on the Bank’s Executive Management Committee.

Anne has 25 years of human resources experience, prior to joining Ion Financial, MHC, she was SVP, Human Resources Officer at United Bank.

Ms. Rivers received a Bachelor of Liberal Arts from the University of Connecticut. She is a graduate of the Connecticut School of Finance and Management and serves as a member on the school’s Management Development Committee. Additionally, she is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management and World at Work.
