Armed Robbery At Gamestop in Naugatuck, Suspect Sought: Police

NAUGATUCK CT — Police are asking for assistance in identifying an armed robbery suspect who held up the local Gamestop, police said.

At 7:45 p.m. Thursday Naugatuck Police Officers responded to Gamestop at 799 New Haven Road for an armed robbery. It was determined that a Middle Eastern male in his mid to early 30’s entered the store and took cash after displaying a handgun, police said.

The male is about 5-6” to 5-8” and 140 lbs. Naugatuck Detectives are continuing the investigation and to follow-up on possible leads, police said.
