Assault At House Party Leads To 3 Arrests: Naugatuck Police

Police said they recently responded to a house party where an assault was reported.

NAUGATUCK, CT β€” Three people have been charged by Naugatuck Police in connection with a reported assault at a local residence, police said.

Ronald Justin Toothe, 27, of George Street in East Haven, is charged with degree assault and disorderly conduct, Patrick Dacosta, 27, of Cliff Street is charged with disorderly conduct, and Christopher Remillard, 29, of South Main Street in Branford, is charged with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

At 3:16 a.m. on Feb. 15, police responded to 248 High Street for a report of an assault between several adult males and some adult females at a house party, police said.

"During the investigation it was determined that the accused was highly intoxicated, assaulted three victims, and created a disturbance at the house party," Naugatuck Police said in a news release of the reported incident.

All three men were given a $1,000 bond.
