PALMERTON, Penn – Slopeside Pub & Grill at Blue Mountain Resort presents a lovely Mother’s Day Brunch honoring the women who hold a special place in the hearts of their families and friends. Guests can indulge in a beautiful brunch spread while enjoying the rustic charm of Slopeside Pub & Grill. With both indoor and outdoor seating options, including a spacious deck, guests will be treated to stunning views of the surrounding mountains throughout their meal. To make the occasion even more memorable, each mom will receive a complimentary mimosa to toast the celebrated ladies.

The special brunch enjoyments start with the COLD BAR highlighted by Peel & Eat Shrimp, Oysters on the Half Shell, Smoked Salmon, Assorted Salads, Fresh Fruit and Vegetables and Assorted Breads. On the BUFFET LINE, the chef and his team will open an Omelette Station, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. The Carving Station tempts with Prime Rib Au Jus. There are Assorted Breakfast Dishes, Clams Casino, Salmon with lemon butter, Rotini with sundried tomato cream sauce, Rigatoni with spicy Italian sausage in marinara, Pork Loin, Bruschetta Chicken, Sour Cream & Chive Mashed Potatoes and more accompaniments. The kids will enjoy Chicken Fingers, Mac n’ Cheese and of course French Fries. At the DESSERT BAR, the resort’s pastry chef will delight all with an Assortment of Elegant Celebratory Desserts.
