PALMERTON, Penn –Slopeside Pub & Grill at Blue Mountain Resort invites friends and families to celebrate important women in their lives, especially their mothers, at a special Mother’s Day brunch on Sunday, May 14. Inside or outside on the deck, every table delivers mountain views; the menu features excellent, fresh rustic preparations; and Moms receive complimentary mimosas!

This Mother’s Day Buffet is sure to please the whole family, especially Mom – the deserving honoree. There’s a wide selection of everyone’s favorite appetizers, mains and sides and fresh produce from the resort’s onsite greenhouses. To start there are Assorted Breakfast Dishes, Omelette Station, Peel and Eat Shrimp, Oysters on the Half Shell, Smoked Salmon and Clams Casino. Heartier fare includes Mac n’ Cheese, Pecan Crusted Salmon, Prime Rib, Pork Chops with Madeira cherry sauce, Chicken Bruschetta, Penne Marinara, Rigatoni with spicy Italian sausage and Chicken Fingers. Sides feature Carolina Corn Hash, Garden Vegetable Medley, French Fries, Fried Polenta with Eggplant Caponata, Roasted Red Potatoes and Assorted Breads. Fresh Fruit and a Delectable Selection of Desserts will complete this bounteous buffet.
Price is $44.95 per person with free mimosas for Moms; $17.95 for kids 10 and under. Reservations are required by calling Slopeside at 610-824-1557.
