TANNERSVILLE, Penn. – Camelback Resort invites guests to treat the special women in their lives to an unforgettable Mother’s Day experience at Hemispheres Restaurant on Sunday, May 12, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Nestled in the heart of the picturesque Pocono Mountains, Hemispheres offers not only breathtaking views but also delectable cuisine sure to please families and friends alike at this year-round getaway.

The culinary team at Hemispheres will be serving a delicious Mother’s Day Brunch Buffet to honor moms with an array of mouthwatering dishes to tantalize every palate. The Breakfast Selection includes Herbed Scrambled Eggs, Breakfast Potatoes, Smoked Bacon, Turkey and Pork Sausage, French Toast, Buttermilk Pancakes, Eggs Benedict, Belgian Waffles and Omelets. Salads & Appetizers offer a Seasonal Fresh Salad Bar, Burrata Cheese with Heirloom Tomatoes, Charcuterie and Local Cheeses with Artisan Bread, Smoked Salmon, Rainbow Trout, Seafood Display with Poached Shrimp, Oysters, Clams and Mussels. For hearty mountain-air appetites, there will be Featured Carvings of Oven Roasted Prime Rib and Pork Loin stuffed with Melted Baby Spinach, Swiss Cheese and Demi-Glace. Main Courses that will please all are Housemade Vegetable Lasagna, Pan Seared Salmon Fillet, Fettuccine Alfredo and Grilled Airline Chicken Breast. Enhancements are an array of vegetables: Roasted Baby Carrots, Butter Glazed Asparagus, Herb Mashed Potatoes, Baked Potatoes with Assorted Toppings, Crispy Potato Wedges and Steamed Wild Rice.
