Camelback Resort, renowned as one of the nation's premier ski destinations, proudly announces the commencement of its 60th ski season anniversary on Friday, December 15, with a city proclamation by Senator Rosemary Brown.

Targeted slopes and trails for opening day on December 15 are Sunbowl, Coolmoor, The Hump, John Bailey, Sullivan’s Trail, King Tut and Meadows. Anniversary gifts will be provided to the first 60 people hitting the slopes.

Visitors can indulge in a hassle-free shopping spree, simply by scanning the resort app, grabbing desired items and departing – eliminating the need for checkout queues or wasted time.
- Expanded Culinary Delights: Two new eateries this year include Chuck’s Spud Shack serving all things French fries including Tex-Mex Loaded Fries, Philly Cheesesteak Fries, and more and Rakuda Ramen. Rise & Grind Coffee by La Colombe is also a new addition on the mountain. Other on-the-mountain choices include Thirsty Camel Bar & Grille featuring local Pocono Mountain area breweries and an inviting pub-style menu and food trucks like Tacos & Beer and Tap Bar, serving up quick bites and refreshing beverages.
- Artistic Marvel in Thirsty Camel Lounge: Camelback Resort proudly introduces an awe-inspiring addition to its surroundings – a striking and colorful, customized 60 x 8-foot mural. Crafted by Pennsylvania artist Evan Hughes, celebrated for his bold, surreal, cartoon-like, flat-color artwork, this expansive mural adorns the walls of the Thirsty Camel Lounge. Hughes' massive mural whimsically illustrates the many day- and night-time adventures Camelback is famous for – adding a hint of humor throughout. This captivating masterpiece infuses the lounge with vibrant energy, offering guests an immersive visual treat during their resort experience.
