Child, 5, Receives A Special Birthday Celebration In Naugatuck
Police and the child's friends and family helped ensure Zach's fifth birthday party was extra special. Watch their video below.

NAUGATUCK, CT — The Naugatuck Police Department helped ensure a Naugatuck child's fifth birthday party was extra special despite ongoing coronavirus concerns.
On Facebook, police said, "Little Zach’s 5th birthday party got cancelled due to the current health situation. So some of his friends invited us along to help wish him a HBD! We hope you had a wonderful day Zach we’re glad to have been included in this celebration!"
In the video, you can hear horns blaring as police cars with balloons tied to them approach the child's house and people jump out of their cars wishing Zach a happy birthday. Everyone in the video is practicing social distancing but you can clearly tell what a special moment it was for Zach and everyone involved.
