Congratulations to Fire Marshal Robert Weaver on his Retirement
Naugatuck Fire Department congratulated the retiring Fire Marshall Robert Weaver.
Naugatuck, CT - The Naugatuck Fire Department would like to congratulate Fire Marshal Robert Weaver on his retirement from the NFD on June 30th. Fire Marshal Weaver was appointed to the NFD as the Fire Inspector on March 31, 1989. He had over 30 years of service to the Borough of Naugatuck. In this time, Bob held the positions of Fire Inspector, Deputy Fire Marshal, Provisional Fire Marshal and Fire Marshal.
Fire Marshal Weaver served Naugatuck Fire Fighters Local #1219 on the contract negotiation committee. In addition to his time in Local #1219, Bob is also a member of the CT Fire Marshal’s Association, the CT Chapter of the International Association of Arson Investigators, the Fairfield & New Haven County Fire Marshal’s Association and is still a Veteran Member of the Glenbrook Volunteer Fire Company.
